What is Tree-to-Bar?
We are "Tree-to-Bar" chocolate maker and Our chocolate is "Single Origin", which means that all the Cocoa Beans and the Cocoa Butter that we use to make the chocolate comes from our own farm !!!Usually for Tree-To-Bar, the farmer is the chocolate maker and so we are !!!
Our farm
Our farm is located at "Puttur, DK, Karnataka". We grow cocoa in our own farm from past 25 Years.




Anatomy of Cocoa Fruit
A real and pure chocolate starts from cocoa fruit, The source of all chocolate is the COCOA fruit.

We make pure chocolates from our farm grown cocoa beans.

The Cocoa fruit grows directly from the trunk-

The fruit can have a beautiful range of red/orange/yellow/green depending on the type of cacao and it’s ripeness.

A pod takes around four to five months to reach full size and another month to ripen.




How Cocoa is grown?
Cocoa is grown as a side crop in between Arecanut and Coconut trees along with pepper and nutmeg spices.
What are the ingredients in our chocolate ?
Our Choclate is made up of just 3 ingredients.

Cocoa Butter - We extract cocoa butter from our farm-grown cocoa

Sweetener - We use Jaggery as sweetener for our entire range of chocolates
Thats it !!! No other hidden ingredients like Preservatives, lecithin or emulsifier.
Its just the bare chocolate :)
No artificial flavouring or coloring agents used. We use only plant produce or real fruits for our flavoured chocolates.
